Cloyd Piper, who is working in Ashland, spent Sunday at home with his parents.

The C. E. Society will have a popcorn and taffy social at V. H. Gordon's on Thursday evening, Jan. 9.   A cordial invitation is extended to all.

Claire Buchanan is spending a few weeks in Pennsylvania visiting friends.

M. Stentz, who has been visiting his daughter, Mrs. Wicks, of Mansfield, returned home last Saturday.

Lorenzo Baylor and wife spent a few days visiting friends at Medina.

Mina and Oren Thompson, who were spending their holiday vacation with their sister, Mrs. L. A. Sigrist, of Tifflin, returned home last Thursday.

E. Kiplinger, who has been suffering with heart trouble, is quite bad at this writing.

A. L. Keen and family, who had been visiting friends here, returned home last Saturday.

Grandma Gurky returned to her home at Nankin to visit her daughter.

Mrs. F. Sigrist is on the sick list.  Mrs. Lillie Burnhorn has been called to attend to the household duties.

Mrs. Lue Hull, of Akron, visited her sister, Mrs. Frank Stentz, the past week.
