E.B. Charles met with a painful accident last week. While repairing a barbwire fence he caught his foot and fell, his face coming in contact with a wire, one barb cutting the eye ball badly. It may yet impair his sight.
Sebastian Culler was at Upper Sandusky Saturday transacting business.
William Byers, one of our highly respected young men, resigned his clerkship on the farm, and accepted a position in the pump works at Mansfield.
Elzy King, the News agent here, is doing a rushing business in his line. Frequently he sends in subscriptions for 50 papers a week
George Edy, Mifflin's prominent painter, has finished several very commendable jobs here.
George Applegate and wife, of North Mifflin, visited his parents south of here, Sunday.
