E.H. Charles made a flying trip to Mansfield on business last Thursday.
Nearly all the members of the C.E. at Mt. Zion attended the state convention.
Jay Middleton, of Mifflin, returned from Knox County last week, where he did several jobs of painting.
Uru Lavengood prides himself as being the first man in the neighborhood to put wheat in the shock.
Mrs. Sarah McElroy, and daughter-in-law, of near Mansfield, and Miss Anne Kaufman, visited with Mr. & Mrs. E.H. Charles Friday of last week.
A.E. Whitamire his helping P.J. Wigton to harvest his abundant crop.
Mr. & Mrs. S.P. Kiefer spent the Fourth in Cincinnati with their son, Rae.
Miss Mabel Shanibarger closed a very successful term of school at Hazel Dell Friday evening with an entertainment.
H.S. Kiefer was home for the glorious Fourth.
