Henry McDermott, of Anita, Ia., is visiting his sister, Mrs. E.W. Shanibarger. Many years ago Mr. McDermott left, taking the advice of Horace Greely, and so profited by it that today finds him immensely wealthy, being fortunate to place investments in land, part of which is now in the city of Anita. He expects to stay several months visiting and renewing acquaintances.
David Dome, of Wood County, is here visiting relatives.

Mrs. Jesse Swan, of Upper Sandusky, is the guest of J.W. Culler and family.
Miss Annie Byers visited with friends in Loudonville a few days of last week.
