We are glad to announce to the citizens of Hayesville and vicinity that Mr. N.W. Smith, formerly of Fostoria, O., has opened a photograph gallery in Loudonville.  Mr. Smith is recommended as a first-class artist, and the fineness of his work is excelled but by a few.  Parties hereafter will not be obliged to go to Wooster, Ashland or Mansfield for fine work.
