Paradise Hill Happenings

Twenty nine neighbors and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hixon and Mr. and Mrs. Hetchel Harmon met at their home recently where they enjoyed a pleasant social evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Levi Gregg of Haysville were recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Emminger.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wolf and son Donald of Mansfield were the guests of their brother Charles Wolf and Miss Mary Wolf Tuesday and Wednesday last weeks.

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fox of Ashland were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hartman Sunday.

Arthur Smith from near Ashland spent Sunday with friends in this community.

Mrs. James Stoner spent Tuesday and Wednesday with relatives at Shelby and Plymouth.

Mrs. Ed Braden and little daughters spent several days last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Imhoff near Ashland.

Miss Minnie Sheets who is employed at Ashland spent last week at her home.

We were glad to learn that Earl Emminger who has been dangerously ill the past month is on the way to recovery.

Dwight Wharton son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wharton has been quite ill the past few days.

Mrs. F. E. Gors who has been ill the past few months at the home of her daughter Mrs. F. W. Kirch, is improving.

Mrs. Maggie Woods and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gorrell and daughter of Oakland, California are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hout.
