All three of our churches ar now striving to proclaim the news of Salvation to the perishing world about us, and many seem willing and anxious to hear.

Miss Birdie Stearns attende the Teachers' examination at Mansfield Saturday.

Dr. S. N. Alban and daughters, Luis and Blanche were called to Findley last week to attend the funeral of Capt. Harvey H. Alban, brother of the doctor.

Our public school is progressing rapidly under the superintendency of our able Prof., E. C. Kiplinger.

The High school will soon render an interesting drama, with the proceeds of which they expect to purchase an organ. Every one should turn out and give them a large audience.

Frank Irvin, who was taken with a sudden attack of the grippe some two weeks since, is still confined to his room.

Mrs. Dr. Alban and daughter Lula were suddenly summoned to the bedside of the former's brother, Mr. Richie of Galion, whose death is expected at any moment, from that dread disease, consumption.

Quite a number of our young people attended the Teacher's Examination held in Loudonville last Saturday and report "not very hard"
