John Doty, who has been attending business college at Mansfield, returned home Saturday, having completed his course at that place.
George W. Brock, of McKay, was in the city on business Saturday.
Misses Lulu and Blanch Alban visited with friends at Mansfield a few days this week.
Hershel Beavers made a business trip to Cleveland this week.
John L. Metcalf, one of Mohican Township's prominent farmers, was in town Monday.
The Misses Winfred and Sadie Coe were guests at the home of S.H. Grabill, of Hayesville, Saturday.
Quick Covert has accepted a position as clerk at Covert & Co's. Drug Store.
Ward Kershner has a light attack of lung fever.
Mrs. T. Appleman, of New Albany, Ind., is visiting with Mr. Hilton and wife a few days this week.
Mrs. Dan Ross, of Shreve, was the guest of Will Hilton and wife, Sunday.
Ed Frankhiser and family, of Loudonville, spent Sunday with W.M. Mortz and family.
Philpot Cowen made a business trip to Millersburg last week.

Miss Ella Doty left Saturday morning for Chagrin Falls, where she will visit with her uncle, Dr. Doty, a few weeks.

There will be a match game of croquet played in this place in the near future between Prof. Kinplinger, Dr. Budd, H.A. Gallagher and L.T. Cornell for the championship of Perrysville.
