Mr. and Mrs. John Moffet were guests of his brother Thomas and wife near Mifflin Thursday.

Miss Rosy Roseburg spent several weeks with her grand parents near Lepley returned home Thursday.

Mr. Jacob Wellmer who has been on the sick list is no better.

Mrs. Echelberger spent Saturday in Haynesville.

Mr. and Mrs. David and daughter Mildred were Sunday guests of her parents, Mr. George Beck_ntar Honey Creek.

Mr. Clesee Scott purchased a new auto of Gloyd Dearre of Jeromesville.

Mrs. Hurbe Culler and sister Miss Sarah Bartley spent Saturday afternoon in Hayesville.

Mr. William Paterson of Hayesville purchased a fine colt of Oscar Jarvis one day recently.

Mr. Odas Echelberg of Lepley spent Saturday in our village.

Mr. David Byerly spent Saturday in Mansfield.

Mr. Paul Bartley and family were Sunday guests of her per parents Mr. Lesley and wife in Perrysville.

Mr. H. Culler purchased a fine horse of Mr. Levi Ochner in Mifflin Friday.

Mr. Hayley Adams and Mr. Rolla Cole purchased new Ford autos the past week of Carl Brothers in Jeromeville.

Mr. Elsa King of Mifflin was in our village one day recently.

Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Applegate and Mrs. Michael Gongwer were in Mifflin Saturday.

Mrs. W. M. Lattimer spent from Saturday to Sunday with her sister W. M. Wilson in Ashland who has been very ill.

Mr. Frank Budd of Ashland was in this vicinity Sunday.
